Using a gift certificate
- A Solace gift certificate can be used for any Solace Rejuvenation Lounge experience at our standard guest prices.
- Enter the code when you book online at solacelounge.au, or email [email protected] with your code to book with us directly.
- You can use it across several visits. Any amount left over stays on the code until it expires. If a visit costs more than the remaining balance, you pay the difference when you book.
- Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change is given in cash.
Expiry
Every gift certificate shows its expiry date, which is at least three years after it is purchased, or three years after its scheduled send date if that is later.
Delivery
We email the gift certificate to the recipient at the date and time chosen at purchase (Brisbane time), and never before. The purchaser receives a receipt straight away but not the code. Please check the recipient's email address carefully. If you need to change it before the send time, contact us.
Keeping it safe
Please treat your code like cash. Anyone who has the code can use its balance. If you lose your email, contact us and we can resend it to the recipient's email address.
Refunds
Gift certificates are not refundable for a change of mind. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
