The private 45-minute Infrared Sauna is A$35 for guests or 24 Solace Society moments. Complimentary water and hot herbal tea are available.
What to wear & bring
Wear swimwear throughout and bring two towels: one for the sauna bench and another for showering afterward. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided. Keep intimate areas covered throughout the sauna session.
Hygiene
Keep swimwear on throughout. Sauna surfaces are sanitised after every guest.
01 / Your private sauna
Settle in. Take your time.
Enjoy 45 minutes of warmth in your own private sauna room. Play your music or keep things quiet, then make time to cool down and shower afterward.
Built-in LED light
The sauna has an integrated LED light feature, separate from Solace’s bookable LED Therapy Panel programmes.
Music or stillness
Use the Bluetooth speakers for your favourite music, or simply enjoy a pause. A built-in negative ioniser is also part of the sauna design.
A shower when you’re ready
A private shower is available after your sauna. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided; bring a second towel for drying off.
02 / After the warmth
Let the warmth settle.
Take a moment to sit quietly and cool down before showering, especially if you feel warm or lightheaded. Drink water and choose a shower temperature that feels comfortable.
Two towels, two purposes
Use one towel on the sauna bench and keep the second dry for showering afterward. Swimwear stays on throughout your sauna session, with intimate areas covered.
Time to shower
Your sauna treatment lasts 45 minutes. The room remains yours for another 15 minutes to shower and change; please leave by the end of that time for the next guest.
Water is available in the sauna, with water or hot herbal tea to enjoy afterward. Guests pay A$35; Solace Society members redeem 24 moments. Contact us to enquire—online booking is not yet available.
